- We believe our products should not fall apart. Our well-made products can withstand regular wear and tear. We will not take responsibility for damage as a result of rough handling.
- Please consider your purchase carefully. We put effort into providing product details and images so you can make an informed decision before placing your order.
- We are a small business, that makes our products. We believe deeply in the quality of our products. When we accommodate an exchange, we are taking the time to make another product for you. It is simply not cost-effective for our operation.
- We strive to get orders packed and shipped as soon as possible. We cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control such as delivery services not running to schedule or international customs delays. This would not be a factor for refunds or returns.
We do not accept returns. We do not accommodate refunds for hand-crafted products, digital products or products on sale at the time. There are a few exceptions.
- If an item is damaged due to craftsmanship, please email us with your concern (including photos) within 7 days. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to send their items back to us. Please email us to verify the return address.
- We will notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the exchange and tracking details.
