Shipping Policy

Where Do We Ship

  • We ship internationally from New Zealand.
  • We use NZ Post to ship our packages that are fully trackable.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. It is dependent on the item and delivery address.

Processing and Arrival Times

  • Processing orders take approximately 3 days.
  • Estimated package arrival times are 5 – 7 working days for domestic packages.
  • International package arrival times are 14 – 30 working days (or longer in rare cases).
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Please be aware that we cannot control shipping times. We will do our very best to make sure that you have all the relevant information to track your package.

Taxes and Import Duty

  • Prices on our website are in USD (default) and DO NOT include any Tax, VAT or GST.
  • If you are based in Australia, USA or the UK you have the option to shop in your country’s currency.
  • Goods and Service Tax (GST) is visible at the checkout for New Zealand orders.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to account for and pay for these. Purchasing from this website means that you acknowledge and accept this.

Order Issues

  • If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us or email us at hello@purplesheepcrochet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Please note that we are not liable for your package once they are with the delivery provider.
  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • We will only offer a refund if your package is untraceable, lost, or showing as “stuck” in the same place for more than one month.
  • If your order status shows delivered but you have not received your package, we are unable to refund or replace your package.
  • If your order was returned for various reasons, we can:
    • Resend the package with shipping paid again.
    • Refund the order minus the shipping cost.
